You are required to make up the following dates that were recorded as an Absence or Medical Pass.

View a school sports event pertinent to your class. A signature from a staff member is required.

Find a magazine or Internet article on health, fitness, or a physical education related activity. Sports topics cannot be used. Read the article and then, in your own words, prepare a hand written summary in pen, or word-processed article. You may not turn in work directly printed from the Internet access. The purpose of the summary is to condense an article without losing the basic meaning of the original article. Therefore:

Select the main points.

Omit unrelated information.

Proof read your summary for errors.

Be neat. Check for correct grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.

If your work is not appropriate, or unacceptable, you will not receive credit for the make-up.
